Massage is of course helpful and crucial when you are in crisis. It is even more beneficial when used preventatively and consistently.
With that in mind, massage packages can be purchased in blocks of 3, 5 or 10 sessions. A discount is applied for these pre-paid packages and can be shared with one family member or friend.
