While a massage is a personal and individual experience, it is also a professional relationship.  These are the policies of brooklynwellnessMCR.

•All sessions are confidential.

•All new clients will need to submit completed intake forms in order to book an appointment.

•New clients should allow an additional 15 minutes to the overall appointment time as to review the intake form and discuss treatment.

•All appointments are held to a 24-hour cancellation policy.  Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate of the session.  Every client is allowed a one-time exception as things do come up unexpectedly.

•Payment is due on the day of your session payable by bank transfer.
